Larry Marcum
Editor in Chief for Talking About Games

Larry's earliest gaming memories consist of looking over his mother's shoulder while she played Wolfenstein 3D and Wing Commander III on the family's PC. Since then, he has carried a hefty devotion to the gaming industry, often spending more money than he possesses on new consoles. When he's not gaming, Larry attends classes at The Ohio State University, where he wastes his money pursuing a Classics degree. His tiny apartment is defended by his bearded dragon, Ajax, who feasts on the hearts of trespassers.

Current systems owned: Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PSP, and Nintendo DS

Favorite games: Halo, Bioshock, MLB 08: The Show, Guitar Hero, Gran Turismo, Ratchet & Clank, Metal Gear Solid 4

Patrick has been playing console games since the days of Pong, and has a loving fiancee who supports this addiciton. He has lived in six different states, mostly in the Midwest, yet he insists he has helped rescue beached dolphins. (No dolphins could be contacted to verify this claim). With his BA in English, he is currently doing his best to break out of prison and into professional writing.

Robbiejo is a gamer today because of 3 games: Super Mario Brothers, Street Fighter II and Grand Theft Auto III. Super Mario Brothers introduced him to gaming, Street Fighter II kept him playing when there were no games to play, and Grand Theft Auto III showed him where video games were headed, and he has been addicted ever since. Hit him up on XBL or PSN, because he is always ready to talk about video games, but be warned: he has an opinion on everything, and he thinks he is always right.

Current systems owned: PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii and DS

Favorite games: BioShock, Metal Gear Solid 4, Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy VI, Final Fantasy X, Gears of War 2, Half-Life series, Street Fighter II, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and Mass Effect

Trey June
Talking About Games Senior Writer - News staff

Trey has been gaming for over 20 years, beginning with the Commodore 64 in the mid-80s. It was a persistent hobby in his life until the release of Ocarina of Time in November 1998, at which point hobby became lifestyle. As such, he takes it seriously, and refuses to devote time and money to games that do not merit them; the casual gaming movement is of little interest to him. In addition to video games, Trey enjoys the simple pleasures in life: women, red meat, cigarettes and beer. He is also a film buff, comic book fan, and devotee of quality television programming.

Current systems owned: Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and an old PC for FreeCell

Favorite games: The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Final Fantasy X, Shadow of the Colossus, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Mass Effect, and the Metal Gear Solid series

Harrison Milfeld
Talking About Games Senior Writer

Like it or not, Harrison admits he's a Nintendo fanboy in disguise. He's owned every subsequent console since the NES era and hasn't looked back. Until he bought a non-Nintendo console at the age of 14, he was able to embrace the wonders of cross-system relations. When he's not desperately trying to search for a decent internet connection, Harrison is at work finishing his bachelors in magazine journalism at the University of Missouri (Go Tigers!). An avid film buff, he hopes to land a job at an entertainment magazine. All in all, he hopes to escape mid-Missouri and not be that poor soul who writes articles for Cosmo or Vogue. On the side, his interests include: Star Wars, hockey, soccer, grammar, Albert Pujols, women who can write, film, music and hoodies.

Current systems owned: NES, Game Boy (Original, Pocket and Color), SNES, Virtual Boy (yes, go ahead and laugh), N64, Gamecube, Wii, PS2, Xbox 360, Dreamcast and a Mac which will probably not see any action

Favorite games: Metroid Series, Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy III, Shadow of the Colossus, The Orange Box, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, Super Mario Bros. 3, Super Mario Galaxy, TMNT IV: Turtles in Time, Mass Effect
